Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF)

Funds Available for Repair/Replacement Of Household Sewage Treatment Systems

Ross County has received funding through the Ohio EPA’s Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) to repair or replace failing household sewage treatment systems. 

To be eligible, the following criteria must be met:

1. The owner must occupy the home.

2. The existing septic system must be failing as determined by (RCHD).

3. The total income for the home of anyone 18 years of age or older must fall within 100%, 200% or 300% of the federal poverty income guidelines.

Funding is determined on a first come first served basis.
