Wednesday, July 31, 4 to 6pm – Maximizing the Harvest (without canning!)

It’s nearly impossible to use your harvest as it comes in. We’ll talk about preservation methods other than canning; how to make your own spices, oils and tinctures; fridge pickling; seed-saving; and what to do with all those zucchini!
