We are hitting the road to bring our public health resources to your community!
Join us on our Back to School Clinic Blitz dates! We will be offering back to school immunizations, screenings, Community Health Worker services, resources, COVID screenings, and more. *FREE* home COVID tests and infection prevention bags will also be available! To better serve our kindergarten, 7th grade or 12th grade student immunization needs, contact our office at 740-775-1146. Walk-ins are always welcome. See you there!
