Health Commissioner: Garrett Guillozet, MPA, RS/REHS, AEMT

Medical Director: Dr. Christopher Brown, MD, MPH

Director of Public Health Nursing: Michelle Long, BSN, RN has been employed by the Health District since 1997. Mrs. Long has worked in various public health nursing programs and grants over the years, and was promoted to Director of Public Health Nursing in January of 2019.

Director of Environmental Health: Kelly Spindler, BA, REHS began working in Pike County as a sanitarian in 1994 and worked at RCHD from 1996-2012. During that time I became Field Supervisor and then Director. Then went to Fairfield Department of Health as Director of EH until March of 2021. Returned here in March 2021 as Director of EH.

Chief Fiscal Officer and Director of Business Operations: Chrissy Downs, BS has been working in governmental accounting and auditing since 2009. She joined the Ross County Health District in 2020, responsible for the administration of the agency’s finances and budgeting.

Director of Health Promotion and Quality Improvement: Kelly Dennis, R.S. began working in public health in 2005 with the Ross County Health District, and after spending time working in Pickaway County from 2012-2017, returned to Ross County in 2017.

Director of WIC: Kelly Brehm RN, IBCLC, CLC has been working in Public Health since 2011. She began working in the Help Me Grow Program at that time and has since worked in many programs within Public Health Nursing, lactation services, as well as the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) within Hocking County. As of 2020, Kelly returned to Ross County to serve as the Ross and Pickaway County WIC Director.
