RCHD is having our next Level 2 Food Certification Training on April 9th & 16th 2018. Our 2 day class (15.0 minimum contact hours) is approved by the Ohio Department of Health for the Level 2 Food Certification. Effective March 1, 2016, all food operations and retail food establishments must have 1 person who oversees the food operation certified in Level 2 Food Certification through an approved Ohio Department of Health Course.
